The original Kamen Rider Torque, he was vented by Xaviax while he slept. He was taken out of the Advent Void by Master Eubulon after Maya was made Kamen Rider Siren. He has a sense of humor like his Earth mirror twin Drew, even though Price is bothered by how Kit, Trent and Maya look at him, Chance is over it.
