Grant Staley is a 21 year-old fighter who cheats and double-crosses a sensei in order to win. Xaviax comes to Grant as Race Maddick, a mercenary of “Combats Logistics Incorporated.” He lures him in becoming a Kamen Rider to be known as the best fighter ever. He contracts him to take out Wing Knight, who he is slightly intrigued by because he says he doesn't care about the money. He is also taken to Ventara but is made believed it is the corporation. His contract beast is Biogreeza, but it is never seen used. Grant never gets to fight Wing Knight, he is sidetracked by Kit and Drew and ends up being vented by Kamen Rider Torque.
